DZConneX Earns 15th Straight Placement on Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings for Managed Service Providers

PHILADELPHIA, PA – May 7, 2025 – DZConneX, a Day & Zimmermann company and a leading international total workforce solutions provider, has earned a top-five placement in HRO Today’s 2025 Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings™ for Managed Service Providers (MSP). This is the 15th consecutive year that the company has been recognized as a leading MSP by customer feedback across three subcategories: service breadth, deal size and service quality.

This year, DZConneX jumped to third overall in the rankings, placing second overall for breadth of service, second for quality of service and fifth for size of deal.
